Tarps At Wholesale


We strive to get your tarps out as soon as possible. In stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. Some items may take up to 15 business days depending the season. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask. We will be more than happy to try to get it to you by that date.

"Address correction charges: " Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged to us by FedEx for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. How to cancel an order: If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at support@tarpsatwholesale.com. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must refuse delivery or follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product.

"Tarps At Wholesale Warranty"


Any flawed tarp can be replaced within thirty (30)days of its purchase. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to neglect, snow, hurricane, earthquake, fire, or any other act of nature. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation. Tarps At Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use.

Tarps At Wholesale does not guarantee any other warranty other than the aforementioned warranty.
